How to use our On-line System
If you
have specific questions about a particular program or class, call (864)
679-9622while you are in registration mode- any front desk staff will answer
your questions.

Accessing the On-Line System
Since you are seeing this
Help, you have already accessed the On-Line System:
· Full members and Community Participants are encouraged to log-In immediately to have access to all of the features. See Log In: Members and Community Participants
· If you have a Family or Single Parent membership, it is not necessary to log-in as each person. Once any member of the family is logged in, all members may be registered for programs.
· If you choose, you may browse programs now and log-in later when you find the program(s) you want.
· If you are not currently in our database, logging in for the first time will add you as a Community Participant. If you are an active member of the YMCA of Greenville or a recent program participant, your information will already be in our database; however, since this is the first time you are using "online services" you will still need to complete the "first time login".

If you have used our online services before:
· Go to "login here if you have used our online services before" and type in your email address and password.
If this is your first time logging in to our online system:
· Go to "first time login" and type in your last name, first name, email address and a password.

Add yourself as a Community Participant
If you are not currently a
full member of the YMCA of Greenville and you have never taken a class at our
Y, you may add yourself as a Community Participant on line. Becoming a
Community Participant DOES NOT INCLUDE the use of facilities, program fees are
at the Community Participant rate and registration is limited to one week
before the start of a program. At any time the differential rate for any
active programs you are registered in may be applied to a full membership at
any YMCA of Greenville Branch. Please tell the membership services staff
that you registered as a Community Participant on the web and want to upgrade
to full membership.

Once you have entered the
Program Search area you have several options to find the program(s) you want:

Once you have selected all
of your criteria and clicked on search, you will see a list of programs with
the following information:
· The location offering the program.
· A brief description of the program. Slide your mouse over the brief description to see if a more detailed description exists. Click the minus sign to close the detailed description.
· The session and program code. Clicking 'more" provides additional details.
· The acceptable age range for the program. The system checks the age of the person registering (not necessarily the person logged in if another family member was selected.) The person being registered must meet the age restriction in order to register.
· Your fee for the program.
· The dates that the program begins and ends.
· The start and end times for the program.
· The day(s) the program is held.
· How many registration slots still remain open.
· If there are no slots available the number of people on the waiting list.
· The last column will be a check box if the program is available for registration now. If the program is not available for registration the date and time that registration opens will be listed or there will be a brief explanation as to why the the program is not available for registration.
Select the program(s) that you want to register for and then click the button at the bottom of the list. You will be prompted to answer questions for the program if necessary and to provide your credit card information for payment.
If you do not see a program that you want to register for, you can click on the "Program Search" button in the left pane and change the criteria.

Once you have selected the
program you want to register for you must enter your credit card information.
· You must first enter your credit card information, exactly as it appears on your credit card. Note: We do not save your credit card information with cookies or any other means after you log off. After entering your information, click on Continue.
· You will now see the cost of the program and your credit card info…choose:
· Add to Cart - to total the programs and allow you to “continue” adding on more programs
· REGISTER - to complete the registration process
· Rosters - to see what your registration history is so far
· Delete - to delete the program you just registered for
· Back or Logoff - to stop registration completely.
· If you choose Add to Cart and then continue, you can Back up and choose another member on your membership to register…so register the whole family in one shopping trip…you will not have to login again or enter your credit card information more than once a trip.

Once you are sure that you
want to register for all the programs selected and complete all transactions:
· Click on REGISTER, you will complete the transaction process, receive a confirmation on your screen for printing and you can choose to have the confirmation emailed to you for future reference. Your credit card will be charged the Total that appears on the confirmation receipt.

Several other options are
available using the buttons on the left side of the screen:
· my family allows you to select another member of the family to register for programs.
· my information allows you to view and change information on your membership record.
· program search can be used to return to searching for a program.
· my rosters will show all the programs that the currently selected family member has registered for in the past year. If there is a balance-due on any program, the balance can be paid on-line using your credit card.
· my donations allows you to view any pledges that have been made to the Y and to make payments towards those pledges.
· new donation allows you to make a new donation to the Y via credit card.
· log out logs you out of the system. If registrations are pending and have not been completed, they will be lost.
· help/contact brings you to this help information at any time.

· Your registration will immediately update to our database at the Front Desk and be logged for the day…if you need to make any changes after you have confirmed your registration you will have to contact the Membership Service Desk at any Branch to make the changes for you. The Branches can be reached as follows:
· If you have a balance due on a previous registration you will be able to make that payment online by choosing my rosters which will show any outstanding amounts due to the YMCA, including any amount due for Child Care.
· If you have made a pledge towards our Open Doors Campaign, you can pay all or part of your Pledge by clicking on the my donations button and following the instructions.
